Hi, I’m Lindsay

It goes without saying that as a Professional Dancer, movement has been an essential part of my life. I love the way movement makes me feel and the confidence it has given me. I created Move With Linds to help inspire women of all ages and body types to fall in love with working out, but more importantly, with themselves again. Our bodies are incredible and deserve to be moved every single day without the pressure of achieving specific results. Everybody's goals are different, but my goal for you is to have fun and just move! I can't wait to meet you in Move With Linds!

No! The wonderful thing about the workouts is that they can be done easily at home with zero workout equipment. In some of the workouts, you will see suggested equipment that Lindsay uses, however you can certainly do the workouts without equipment and still get a great workout!

The risk-free trial is 7 days. You can cancel anytime before the 7 days are up to avoid being billed; otherwise, your paid membership will begin after the 7 days are up. 

Yes, you can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, you'll have access to the subscription until the end of the billing cycle. 

Login to your account and click "Settings".  Select "Billing info" and scroll down and click "Cancel".  Once you cancel, you'll have to confirm on the next screen by clicking "Cancel this subscription".
