How long is the free trial?
The risk-free trial is 7 days. You can cancel anytime before the 7 days are up to avoid being billed; otherwise, your paid membership will begin after the 7 days are up.
Do I need any equipment?
No! The wonderful thing about the workouts is that they can be done easily at home with zero workout equipment. In some of the workouts, you will see suggested equipment that Lindsay uses, however you can certainly do the workouts without equipment and still get a great workout!
How do I cancel my subscription?
Login to your account and click "Settings".Select "Billing info" and scroll down and click "Cancel".Once you cancel, you'll have to confirm on the next screen by clicking "Cancel this subscription".
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, you'll have access to the subscription until the end of the billing cycle.
How do I change my membership type?
At this time, you’ll have to cancel your subscription and purchase the new subscription you would like! Your previous subscription will end at your billing cycle. Please email [email protected] for any further questions.
